Good Leaders ask Great Questions - Mastermind

Asking Questions that Transform

Good questions provide information to the person asking. But great questions create transformation in the person answering.

John C. Maxwell delves into the process of becoming a successful leader by examining how questions can be used to advantage. Recognizing that “Good questions inform; great questions transform” this 5-session online mastermind, will discuss the following:

• Questions Leaders must ask themselves:
◦ What are the questions so important?
◦ What questions do I ask myself as a leader?
◦ What must I do to lead myself successfully?
• Questions leaders asked John:
◦ What questions do I ask my team members?
◦ How do I resolve conflicts and lead challenging people?
◦ How can I succeed in working under poor leadership?
◦ How can I successfully navigate leadership transitions?
◦ How can I develop leaders?
